Henry County has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Northwest Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Henry County will be strutting in after a victory while the Vikings will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Friday, Henry County earned a 58-50 victory over the Cougars.
Meanwhile, Northwest's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They fell to Kenwood 56-51.
The victory got Henry County back to even at 10-10. As for Northwest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.
Henry County was able to grind out a solid win over the Vikings when the teams last played back in January, winning 60-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Henry County since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
