The Biggie will be playing in front of their home fans against International Studies at 5:00 p.m. International Studies took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hialeah Educational Academy, who comes in off a win.
On Monday, Hialeah Educational Academy made easy work of Miami Christian and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Biggie haven't had any issues with the Victors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Hialeah Educational Academy took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-10, 25-13.

Hialeah Educational Academy can attribute much of their success to Emily Ortega, who had ten aces and one block, and Brianna Cruz, who had three aces. Those ten aces gave Ortega a new career-high.
They weren't the only good servers: Hialeah Educational Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 30 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in six consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, International Studies came up short against Miami on Thursday, falling 3-0. International Studies has struggled against Miami recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
International Studies may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.
International Studies' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Hialeah Educational Academy, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
