Basketball Recap: Cumberland Christian Home Educators Comes Up Short

Cumberland Christian Home Educators has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were outmatched by the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets and fell 86-56. Despite the defeat, Cumberland Christian Home Educators had strong showings from Joshua Sloan, who posted 15 points and eight rebounds, and Caleb Tigue, who had 18 points and three steals. Sloan is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Noah Hughes was another key player, putting up five points and five rebounds.

Cumberland Christian Home Educators' loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Williamsburg, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
