Baseball Recap: Ingram Moore Comes Up Short

Ingram Moore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 8-3 to the Falls City Beavers. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Beavers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Tyler Langbein made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Ingram Moore is 3-1 when Langbein posts two or more runs, but 3-6 otherwise.

Ingram Moore now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Falls City, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-7.

Coming up, Ingram Moore will be playing in front of their home fans against Crystal City at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Falls City, they will be taking part in a tournament against Blanco at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
