Notre Dame (SO) barely beat Oak Park the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Notre Dame (SO) put the hurt on Oak Park with a sharp 10-0 victory on Monday. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Notre Dame (SO) got a massive performance out of Charley Tapia, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and five RBI. Those five RBI gave Tapia a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Nadia Ledon, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and two runs.

Tapia wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Notre Dame (SO) lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oak Park didn't launched any home runs.

The win (which was Notre Dame (SO)'s eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.4 runs over those games. As for Oak Park, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame (SO) will square off against Sierra Canyon at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oak Park, they will take on Nordhoff at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
