College Park had won two straight games and Jax Koepp did his part to make it three on Thursday. College Park was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Freedom with plenty of help from Koepp, who had six digs and three aces. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 12 or more in each of the last eight games he's played.

College Park walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-20, 25-20.

Leading College Park to victory were Diego Marquez and Attila Yeh. Marquez had seven digs and four assists, while Yeh had 13 kills, seven digs, and one block. That's the most assists Marquez has posted over his last eight matchups. Khoa Nguyen also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

College Park was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive contests.

College Park's record is now 19-5. As for Freedom, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

College Park will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Las Lomas at 6:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Freedom, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Deer Valley on the 8th.
