Meanwhile, O'Farrell Charter's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. The contest between O'Farrell Charter and Rock Academy wasn't particularly close, with O'Farrell Charter falling 51-36.
Despite the loss, O'Farrell Charter had strong showings from Eric Epps, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds, and Sador Rusom, who scored 9 points along with 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Dakobi Coleman, who scored 5 points.
The losses dropped Health Sciences to 0-2 and Guajome Park Academy to 3-2.
Everything came up roses for Health Sciences against O'Farrell Charter when the teams last played back in November of 2019 as the squad secured a 113-75 victory. Will Health Sciences repeat their success, or does O'Farrell Charter have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
