Croswell-Lexington extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping their season record up to 4-3 in the process. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Peck Pirates. The match marked the Pioneers' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Having lost for the first time this season, Peck fell to 10-1. The contest marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

For Peck's part, Ryleigh Ureel was huge no matter where she played even without the win. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over six innings pitched. Ureel has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

Ureel wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Ava Collins, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Croswell-Lexington will have a chance to go back-to-back against Peck: the pair will be back at it again later today.
