Lamar won against Great Falls last Friday with 41 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Silver Foxes' defense stepped up to hand the Lee Central Stallions a 41-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Silver Foxes, who have now won six games by 26 points or more so far this season.

Lamar's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tj Samuel, who rushed for 89 yards and two TDs on only six carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Nygel Eaddy, who rushed for 75 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Lamar was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 265 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 233 rushing yards in five consecutive contests.

Lamar didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Josh Dials and Eaddy. Dials got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Lamar's record now sits at 6-2. As for Lee Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coming up, Lamar will be playing at home against C.A. Johnson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Silver Foxes are on a seven-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), the Hornets a three-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind. As for Lee Central, they will challenge McBee at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Stallions are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
