The Knippa Crushers will face off against the Menard Yellowjackets at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Knippa is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2  runs per game  this season.
Knippa easily dispatched Center Point on Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. Knippa fell just short of Medina by a score of  5-3 on Saturday. The loss was the Crushers' first of the season.
 Knippa saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Cole M, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and two  RBI.  Jackson S also deserves some recognition as  he  stole his first  stolen base of the season.
 Meanwhile,  after soaring to ten  runs the game before, Menard was a bit more limited  in their  game  on Friday. They fell  5-2 to Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Knippa  fell to 3-1. As for Menard, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Knippa came out on top in a nail-biter against Menard when the teams last played  back in March of 2024, sneaking past  13-12. Will Knippa repeat their success,  or does  Menard have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
