Bishop Fenwick were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They took their matchup against Arlington Catholic last Friday by a conclusive 42-14 score. Followers of Bishop Fenwick probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories.
Meanwhile, we expected Archbishop Williams to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked St. Bernard's Central Catholic, and they did. Archbishop Williams found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 13-42 punch to the gut against St. Bernard's Central Catholic. This makes it the second loss in a row for Archbishop Williams.
Bishop Fenwick have to be hurting after a devastating 20-41 defeat at the hands of Archbishop Williams the last time the two teams met. Can Bishop Fenwick avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
