Bainbridge barely beat North Kitsap the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Spartans blew past the Vikings 9-2 on Tuesday. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven runs or more this season.

Bainbridge pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for North Kitsap, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-6-1 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Bainbridge beat North Kitsap by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday.
