Clarkston scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Cross Keys, posting a 94-42 victory at home. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
It was another big night for Jonathan McBride, who scored 25 points along with seven assists and five steals. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Lawerence Reeves was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Hapeville Charter typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Stone Mountain proved too difficult a challenge. They secured a 59-54 W over the Hornets. The win was a breath of fresh air for Stone Mountain as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Clarkston's victory ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-19. As for Stone Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 7-16.
Clarkston lost to Stone Mountain on the road by a decisive 69-51 margin when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can Clarkston avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
