Worthington Kilbourne lost against Hilliard Davidson in their previous head to head back in January of 2018, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 52-40 score last time.
Leading Hilliard Davidson to victory were Averi Hays and Anna Wile. Hays scored 7 points, while Wile scored 11 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Wile has scored at least 25% of Hilliard Davidson's points.
Worthington Kilbourne's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Hilliard Davidson, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Worthington Kilbourne will be playing at home against Westerville South at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hilliard Davidson, they will head out on the road to face off against Upper Arlington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
