Despite the loss, Starmount still got an impressive performance from Colton Allen, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordon Dobson, who scored nine points.
Mount Airy now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Starmount, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
