The Turlock Bulldogs were the 66-55 winner over the Manteca Buffaloes when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Turlock received a tough blow on Tuesday as they fell 57-41 to Manteca.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jeremiah Evans, who scored 7 points along with 4 blocks. Another player making a difference was Andrew Johnson, who scored 9 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Manteca to victory, but perhaps none more so than Evani Gaeta, who scored 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of L.J Legan, who scored 12 points.
Turlock's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Manteca, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Turlock will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Livingston at 7:30 p.m. As for Manteca, they will take on Golden Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
