Meanwhile, Iraan ended up a good deal behind Buena Vista on Tuesday and lost 54-35. Iraan has not had much luck with Buena Vista recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Rankin has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Iraan, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-5.
Everything came up roses for Rankin against Iraan in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 as the squad secured a 84-43 win. With Rankin ahead 49-27 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
