Everything went their way against the Pine Hill Warriors as they made off with a 53-31 win. The victory (which was Melrose's eighth in a row) raised their record to 25-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points over those games. As for Pine Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-11.
