Adding to the longest winning streak in Southern Maryland this week, Patuxent beat Patterson 42-8. The victory was the 13th in a row for the team.
Huntingtown fell to Franklin 49-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Patuxent's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tyler Crounse threw for 107 and 2 touchdowns and Daequan Chapelle had 42 yards receiving. On the ground Rafiq Douglas chipped in 148 yards. Laron Gross helped Patuxent's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 35 yards.

La Plata's Alex Calvert and Jack Pilkerton led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Calvert has thrown for 2,168 yards this season, while Pilkerton has 66 catches for 1,318 yards. Crounse from Patuxent leads the league in rushing with 1,970 yards.

Accruing a total of 7 touchdowns this year, Donovyn Jordan has thrown for 1,848 yards with 9 interceptions.
