The Atlanta Classical Academy Cavaliers stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 66-31 win over Fulton Leadership Academy at home. The win was just what Atlanta Classical Academy needed coming off of a 118-50 loss in their prior contest.
Miller McGowan was his usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. McGowan is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 17 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zachary Bynum, who scored 12 points along with four steals.
Atlanta Classical Academy has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Fulton Leadership Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Atlanta Classical Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Royal Knights at 2:00 p.m. on February 3rd. Elite Scholars Academy is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 52.8 points per game this season. Fulton Leadership Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
