Tavares came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Umatilla Bulldogs with a sharp 71-45 win. Tavares has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Tavares' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but KEVIN DANIELS led the charge by going 7 for 12 en route to 21 points. That's the most points DANIELS has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was IZAYIA WILLIAMS, who went 7 of 10 on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds.

Tavares' victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-9. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.4 points per game. As for Umatilla, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Tavares has already played their next match, a 71-51 win against Crescent City on the 31st. Umatilla has also already played their next contest (against Belleview), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
