The Baldwin Braves stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Swainsboro 73-30 at home. The win was familiar territory for Baldwin who now have nine in a row.
Baldwin had a senior duo take command as Tremarius Lawrence scored 16 points along with six rebounds and six steals and Isaiah Dennis scored 20 points along with three steals. Lawrence has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Karez Demory, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Baldwin pushed their record up to 22-2 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.8 points. As for Swainsboro, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.
Baldwin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Swainsboro, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bleckley County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Swainsboro will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 331st, while Bleckley County is ranked 136th).
