Fort Campbell has struggled against Trigg County recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
When it comes to explaining why Fort Campbell lost, one person who can't be blamed is Rosella Rajj. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 10 points and 11 rebounds. Rajj scored a full 62.5% of Fort Campbell's points, the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Fort Campbell's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-3. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 21.3 points per game. As for Trigg County, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Campbell will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Heritage Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 7th. As for Trigg County, they will square off against Crittenden County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
