Bishop Garrigan put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They put the hurt on Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire with a sharp 35-6 victory. With Bishop Garrigan ahead 28-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Meanwhile, Wapsie Valley had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 14-7 win over Grundy Center. The success made it back-to-back wins for Wapsie Valley.
Their wins bumped Bishop Garrigan to 9-0 and Wapsie Valley to 7-2. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Bishop Garrigan and Wapsie Valley clash.
