Manasquan pushed their score to 52 the last time they played Central Regional, but on Monday they couldn't quite do it again. The Manasquan Warriors came out on top in a nail-biter against the Central Regional Golden Eagles, sneaking past 30-28. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors who have now won four matches in a row.

Manasquan's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Central Regional, their defeat ended a 13-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-1.

Manasquan has already played their next game, a 30-28 win against Newark Central on the 30th. As for Central Regional, they will head out to challenge Lacey Township at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
