The Hudson Cobras lost against the Anclote Sharks back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Hudson fell 60-51 to Anclote. Hudson has not had much luck with Anclote recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Hudson's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jordan Moksay, who scored 7 points. Another player making a difference was Joshia Davis, who scored 8 points.
Leading Anclote to victory were Kevin Cote and Linden James. Cote scored 14 points, while James scored 15 points. Mekhi Brown was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Hudson now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Anclote, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Hudson will head out on the road to face off against Crystal River at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Anclote won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Weeki Wachee at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. Weeki Wachee has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
