Meanwhile, Manual Arts can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Wednesday. They blew past Jefferson 107-27 on the road. Manual Arts' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Manual Arts relied on the efforts of RJ Dawson, who dropped a triple-double on 23 points, ten assists, and 12 steals, and Devin Moody, who scored 36 points along with nine rebounds and six steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Moody has scored at least a third of Manual Arts' points. Songhai Glover was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven steals.
West Adams' defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Manual Arts, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season.
West Adams took a serious blow against Manual Arts in their previous matchup on January 10th, falling 93-39. Can West Adams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
