King Academy put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Laurens Academy Crusaders with a sharp 14-4 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

King Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Laurens Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

King Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-3 victory against Ridge Spring-Monetta on the 24th. As for Laurens Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 14-2 win against Northside Christian Academy on the 25th.
