After a dominant victory in their matchup last week, Haddon Township were humbled on Friday. They fell to Maple Shade 14-21. Haddon Township were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Maple Shade apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat from the last time the teams met up.
The loss dropped Haddon Township's record to 1-2. The win bumped Maple Shade's record up to 1-2.
Next week Haddon Township take on Lower Cape May at 11:00 AM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. As for Maple Shade, they will face off against Bordentown. Maple Shade will be strutting in after a victory while Bordentown will be stumbling in from a defeat.
