Covenant Christian posted their biggest victory since December 5, 2023 on Friday. They blew past Chinquapin, posting a 70-25 win on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Covenant Christian.
Allen Academy pushed their record up to 7-9 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Covenant Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 14-12 record this season.
Allen Academy came up short against Covenant Christian in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 43-37. Thankfully for Allen Academy, Dylan Harper (who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
