Tamaqua found their leader in sophomore Terrence McDowell Jr, who rushed for 179 yards and a pair of touchdowns. McDowell Jr's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 113 rushing yards. Malachi Stewart helped out on the ground, rushing for 93 yards.
Tamaqua was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 265 rushing yards. They are 3-1 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Tamaqua's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Saucon Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
Coming up, Tamaqua will square off against Notre Dame-Green Pond at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Blue Raiders will need to watch out since the Crusaders have now posted at least 31 points in their last eight contests. Saucon Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
