Edgewood put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the North Harford Hawks as they made off with a 48-23 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Rams' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Hawks are ranked 180th).
Edgewood had a senior duo take command as Jayden Harvin rushed for 101 yards and a pair of TDs on only six carries and Kyion Greenwood rushed for 93 yards and one touchdown. Greenwood got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 82 yards.
Edgewood was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 327 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 162 rushing yards in five consecutive contests.
