Softball Recap: Madison Gets the Win

While Madison's victory against Vermillion wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs skirted past the Tanagers 8-7. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Tanagers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Madison back to even at 4-4. As for Vermillion, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Madison wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-8 loss against St. Mary on the 28th. As for Vermillion, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-2 defeat against Dakota Valley on the 28th.
