Greensburg had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Seymour Owls. Considering the Pirates have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Ethan Smith, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Hayden Ramsey was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Greensburg kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seymour only managed four.

Greensburg's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Seymour, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 12-12 record.

Greensburg wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 win against Jennings County on the 29th. As for Seymour, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 16-0 defeat against Jeffersonville on the 30th.
