On Friday Wareham take on Nauset Regional at 7:00 PM. Wareham are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
Wareham have to be hurting after a devastating 8-41 defeat at the hands of Seekonk last Friday.
As for Nauset Regional, Nauset Regional had a rough outing against Dennis-Yarmouth Regional two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Nauset Regional came out on top against Marshfield by a score of 21-13. The Nauset Regional offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the match anyway.
Nauset Regional's victory lifted them to 2-2 while Wareham's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll find out if Nauset Regional can add another positive mark to their record or if Wareham can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Nauset Regional's step.
