It was a Battle of the Birds when Larue County took on Atherton on Saturday. The Hawks blew past the Ravens 18-2. Considering the Hawks have won 16 games by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Larue County will venture away from home to challenge Campbellsville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Hawks 2.5, the Eagles 4.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Atherton, they are taking a road trip to square off against Christian Academy-Louisville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
