His performance was one of two receiving efforts to edge out the nation's No. 1 recruit, Hillcrest (Springfield, Mo.) receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, who had 18 catches for 284 yards and three touchdowns.
Green-Beckham's quarterback, Matt Futrell, did finish the week with the No. 2 performance, as reported to MaxPreps, with 473 yards through the air.
The top rushing performance of the week went to Rockhurst's Jordan Walker, who rambled for 418 yards on 34 carries. Marshall Williams of Flower Mound had 505 yards through the air for the weekend's top passing performance.
