Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty County). They claimed a resounding 43-6 victory over the Groves Rebels. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won five in a row.

Liberty County's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Groves, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, Liberty County and Groves will both be playing Beach the next time they take the field. The Rebels will host the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Panthers will host them at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
