Callisburg is 3-0 against Valley View since November of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Callisburg Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Valley View Eagles at 9:55 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, Callisburg was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 27-23 to Henrietta. Callisburg has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Valley View took a serious blow against City View on Friday, falling 73-19.
Callisburg has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Valley View, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
Everything came up roses for Callisburg against Valley View in their previous matchup back in October of 2022 as the squad secured a 38-6 victory. Does Callisburg have another victory up their sleeve, or will Valley View turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
