The Blue Ridge Jays will take on the Ellis County Christian Homeschool Organization Eagles at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Blue Ridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.1 runs per game this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Case Kinsala, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. Dustin Trombley also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Blue Ridge pushed their record up to 16-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.2 runs over those games.
