A Season-Best Effort from Michael Lewis Leads Green Valley over Shadow Ridge
Sadly, Michael Lewis posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Green Valley over Shadow Ridge on Thursday. Lewis threw for 299 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 41 yards and two touchdowns.
Green Valley moved to 5-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Lewis and Green Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Faith Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
