Belleview's batters probably weren't too happy with Brooklyn Tyson, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 16 Ks (she gave up a single walk). Tyson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Scarlet Carnahan was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Hackett, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
Sebring's win bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Belleview, their loss ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-5.
Coming up, Sebring will take on Winter Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bears' pitching crew has only allowed 1.9 runs per game this season, so the Blue Streaks' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Belleview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
