Calhoun's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the North Greene Spartans as they made off with a 9-2 victory. Considering the Warriors have won six matches by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Drew Wallendorf, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Wallendorf, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Calhoun's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for North Greene, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calhoun will venture away from home to square off against Greenfield/Northwestern at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Greene, they will face off against Bunker Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Spartans are facing the Minutemen at the right time seeing as the Minutemen are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
