Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chatfield). They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Lakewood Tigers on Monday. Chatfield haven't had any issues with Lakewood recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Harper Roser was the driving force of Chatfield's attack as she scored all four of Chatfield's goals, bringing her season total up to nine goals.

Chatfield's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-7-2. As for Lakewood, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chatfield will venture away from home to take on Valor Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakewood, they will head out to face off against Arvada West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakewood's defense better be ready for this one: Arvada West have averaged an impressive 3.8 goals per game this season.
