Payton Ackman made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. Ackman was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March.
