The Timberline Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season. They blew past Centennial 46-25. Winning may never get old, but Timberline sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Timberline found their leader in underclassman Alexis Moore, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds. Moore also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Mertes, who scored ten points.
Timberline is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-5 record this season. As for Centennial, they bumped their record down to 6-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
Timberline will challenge Owyhee at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Centennial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kuna at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Idaho (Kuna is ranked 49th, while Centennial is ranked 51st).
