Basketball Recap: Turlock's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

Turlock was the 78-71 winner over Atwater when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Turlock Bulldogs fell 61-50 to the Atwater Falcons on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 673rd, while the Falcons are ranked 113th).

Turlock moved to 4-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Atwater, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Turlock and Weston Ranch will round out the year against one another at at 8:30 p.m. on December 26th. As for Atwater, they will face off against West Park at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
