Basketball Recap: Lee-Scott Academy's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Lee-Scott Academy extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Clarke Ivatt. The Lee-Scott Academy Warriors breezed by the Beulah Bobcats to the tune of 55-20 on Tuesday thanks in part to Ivatt, who shot 4-for-7 from deep and dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten rebounds. The matchup was her third in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Haynes Keesee, who posted 11 points and four steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Lee-Scott Academy pushed their record up to 6-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30 points. As for Beulah, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Lee-Scott Academy will venture away from home to square off against Lanett at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Beulah, they will host Notasulga at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
