Even though the Freedom Eagles have not done well against the Woodbridge Vikings recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Freedom came out on top against Woodbridge by a score of 42-34. The victory was nothing new for Freedom as they're now sitting on five straight.
Savannah Price continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds. Keilani Johnson was another key contributor, scoring five points.
Freedom's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-4. As for Woodbridge, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Freedom will look to defend their home court on Friday against Forest Park at 7:00 p.m. As for Woodbridge, they will head out on the road to face off against Potomac Senior at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
