Von Steuben came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Lake View, but Daniel Loza wouldn't allow it. The Lake View Wildcats were the clear victor by a 64-39 margin over the Von Steuben Panthers on Tuesday thanks in part to Loza, who went 9 of 17 on his way to 27 points. The contest was his ninth in a row with at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Frank Fregoso, who posted seven points in addition to 11 assists and seven steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games he's played.

Lake View is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points per game. As for Von Steuben, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

The future could be bright for both Lake View and Von Steuben: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Lake View will try to hand Senn their fourth-straight loss when the two meet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Von Steuben will look to extend Chicago Mathematics & Science's five-game losing streak when the meet at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
